Finnish mobile manufacturing giant Nokia has expanded its Asha series and has launched two new budget phones Asha 311 and Asha 305 for the Indian market. The Asha 311 has been priced at Rs. 7,139 and has a 3 inch scratch resistant capacitive touch screen which has a resolution of 400 X 240 pixels.

The 311 has an internal memory of 256 MB and can be expandable up to 32 GB with micro SD cards. The device is powered by a 1GHz processor and has a 1110 mAh battery due to which it can deliver 14 hours of talk time in 2G network and 6 hours on 3G network.

The phone also has a 3.2 mega pixel camera but does not have a flash. On the other hand the Nokia Asha 305 has a dual SIM phone which has been priced at Rs. 5,029. The device has a 3 inch esistive touch screen.

The Asha 305 has an internal memory of 10 MB which can be expandable up to 32 GB with micro SD cards. The phone weighs 98.3 g and the phone has a 2 mega pixel camera. The Nokia Asha 311 will be available starting from August 12, 2012 across the country and the 305 is already available in the market.
