For all those who are eagerly waiting for the launch of the upcoming generation of the iPhone, a new reports has stated that the pre-orders of the device would begin from September 12, 2012. The report has also mentioned that the iPhone 5 will be launched by late September, 2012.
A technology website iMore has mentioned , ” iPhone 5 pre-orders are currently planned to begin that same day (Sep, 12), at least in the U.S. Release is still planned for 9 days later, on September 21, 2012…the second wave of iPhone launches, the ones in international markets, will begin in the first week of October, likely October 5.” This year there is a slight change in the launch schedule of the device.
Last year the iPhone 4S was launched on October 4, but the pre-orders began on October 7. However, Apple is yet to confirm about the latest news of the pre-orders and its launch and is expected to remain silent till the official announcement.
Till now plenty of speculations have been made regarding the upcoming generation of the popular iPhone. Speculations have said that the new iphone might have a thinner screen and might even have a smaller battery. With a small battery questions are being raised on its battery capacity.
