The Reliance Life Club was on August 16, 2012 launched by the Reliance Life Insurance Company, which is a part of Reliance Capital Limited. The reliance Life Plus Club is first of its kind customer service initiative by an insurer in India.
It is a unique initiative which mandates the agent or the advisor to go back to the customer with a view to maintain a closer and long term relationship with its policy holders. Malay Ghosh the president and executive director of reliance Life Insurance India announced the launch on Thursday. The Reliance India Insurance company has become the first in India to introduce a structured post sales customer service platform.
