South Korean Electronics giant Samsung has unveiled its new Galaxy camera at the IFA tech show in Berlin on August 29, 2012. The company has unveiled its 16 mega pixel Galaxy Camera which is voice controlled and is a part of the fall line up.

The recent announcement has come after Samsung suffered a loss against Apple in a patent dispute in the United States. The new Galaxy Camera runs on the popular Google’s Android Operating system.

The operating system has given the device some of the advanced features like photo organizing, photo sharing and voice control. The company has also announced two new phones the Galaxy Note II and the ATIV S running on Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating system.

The company has said that the devices will be available in many countries from the end of October. Some of the other features of the Galaxy camera include, Image sensor, 16.3 effective mega pixel ISO auto, 1.4 Ghz quad core processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 8 GB memory with micro SD SC, share shot, auto cloud back up, smart content manager, movie wizard, photo wizard, AllShare Play, slow motion video, S planner, S Suggest, Family story, GPS, AGPS, Bluetooth connectivity, WI FI and 1,650 mAh battery. The device weights just 305 gms.
