South Korean giant LG electronics has launched its tablet, Optimus Vu for the Indian market. The Optimus Vu has been priced at Rs. 34,500 and is expected to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note II.
The Optimus Vu has a 5 inch screen and runs on Android’s Ice Cream Sandwich platform. Samsung’s Galaxy Note II already has the latest Android platform – Jelly Bean. The device has an IPS display and has been powered by a quad core processor at 1.5 Ghz and 1 GB RAM. The external features of the smartphone include an 8 mega pixel camera with LED flash, 1.3 mega pixel front camera, internal storage of 32 GB, 2080 mAh battery which has the capacity to deliver 14.99 hours of talk time in 3G.
