Not many people know that PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 have had YouTube apps for a long time. However, people who have the Nintendo Wii were deprived of having an official YouTube app until just this week.
The video streaming site YouTube said that its official app for the Nintendo Wii Shop Channel is now available for download for people in the United States. The new app has been designed for big screen TV’s and can be used with Wii remote. The app will allow users to stream various YouTube videos and browse through channels which can be enjoyed from big screen TV’s in their own living rooms.
