Mobile phone manufacturer Nokia has launched its new Nokia 114 for the Indian market. The new budget-phone from the Finnish company has been priced at Rs. 2,549 and was launched on January 17, 2013.
The new handset has been aimed at the younger generation in the country and comes pre-loaded with social networking apps like Facebook and Twitter. The device also has a cloud-accelerated Nokia Express Browser, which the company says gives up to 85 percent more efficient mobile browsing.
The features of the phone include a 1.8-inch QVGA display, 0.3 mega pixel rear display and supports a dual-SIM (GSM +GSM) system with 32 GB expandable storage. The device also has Nokia’s Easy Swap Technology, which allows users to switch between SIM cards quickly without having to remove the battery or turn off the mobile. The technology can be personalized and can even remember the configuration up to five different SIM cards, which helps customers gain full control over their mobile bills.
The users of the phone can also download games and utility applications through the Nokia Store. The connectivity features of the phone include Bluetooth support 2.1 and Radio. It has a 1020 mAh battery which allows the user to have up to 637 hours standby time and 10 hours of talk time. The phone weights just 80 grams and comes with a Nokia Stereo Headset WH-102.
