South Korean giant Samsung will soon be shipping the new Galaxy S4 Zoom with a complimentary LCD or lens replacement from the company in India. The company has revised the price of its Galaxy S4 Zoom Android smartphone and the device is now available for Rs. 30,590 for the Indian market, instead of the original price of Rs. 29,900.
The company made a minor change in the latest device’s price due to the depreciation of the Indian rupee value against dollar. On the other hand, Samsung is also compensating the price increase by offering a free LCD display or lens replacement with the Galaxy S4 Zoom. This will cover accidental physical damage and is limited to one replacement or repair only.
The buyers will also be offered a free complimentary lens or flip cover along with every Galaxy S4 Zoom, which is worth Rs. 2,099. The Galaxy S4 Zoom digital camera has a 16-megapixel BSI CMOS sensor and a dual-core mobile processor.
The S4 Zoom has a 10x optical zoom and features a Xenon Flash on the body, along with Optical Image Stabilizer which promises good still shots, even if the camera is being shaken while taking a picture.
