The Indian festive season has begun and auto makers are rushing to offer their latest vehicles to consumers in India. With this in mind, auto giant Honda has launched the special edition of its Honda Brio – called Honda Brio Exclusive Edition – which is based on the S (MT) variant.

The new and exclusive version of the vehicle comes with ‘exclusive’ badges, top-of-the-line upholstery, as well as matching instrument panel and roof linings. The latest Brio will have a black interior theme and a tailgate spoiler. The company’s exclusive edition will also come with an Accessory Kit, which includes an exhaust pipe finisher, door visor, back-up sensor and illuminated side-step garnish.

The new Honda Brio is ready to go on sale in the Indian market and it will be available in three colors: Alabaster Silver, Rally Red and Taffeta White. The company said that the new Brio is a commemorative model and will be released in order to mark two years since the original Brio had its debut in India, in 2011.

When it comes to the new car’s mechanism, no changes have been made as it is powered by the same 1.2L i-VTEC petrol engine used for the regular models. The Brio Exclusive Edition’s price has been set at Rs. 4.92 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi) and the new model is costlier than the S (MT) by Rs. 31,000.
