The Day 3 of Sunburn Goa 2013 created history, as it saw the biggest crowd ever on December 29, 2013 and reached 18 million people in total. Fans from all over the world arrived in Goa for Asia’s number one festival.
The creative manager for Tuborg Global Creative Group, Thomas said, “I’m blown away by Sunburn. I’m blown away with the massive emotional power between the fans here. It’s intense. I can feel it all the way into my toes. I think this is the best festival in the world.” Even before the gates of the festival were opened on Day 1 on December 27, 2013, thousands of fans were seen waiting at the box office.
Fans of the festival did not want to miss one single moment of this unique event. This time around, the venue was ten times larger than previous years and the whole world was watching Sunburn Goa Festival. As fans danced on the Vagator Hills, the rest of the world watched the Live Feed of the festival and linked in through social networking sites.
Percept, the company that manages the festival said that Sunburn Goa 2013 will be the largest event ever and they fulfilled their promise. DJs including Paul Ritch, Andrew Rayel, Apster, Richard Durand and Shermonology were seen performing during the festival on 7 different stages.
