The latest Samsung Galaxy Tab which was unveiled recently, will be available from mid September, with a price tag of €690. The new Galaxy Tab is the latest offering from Samsung in the market of Tablet PC. It is unique and is a package of everything in it.
The resolution of the display 1024 x 600, and has a dual camera, front and rear. It has a 7 inch display and is seen as a direct competitor to the iPad or may be even better. At €690 its a wonderful package as a tablet PC.
One can make both voice and video calls through it, which means it is an optional phone too. It works on Android 2.2 FroYo OS, which is the latest offering from Android. The tablet comes with a 3 mega pixel camera in the rear and QVGA in the front for video chat and calls, plus it has a battery back up of 7 hours.
