Chinese phone manufacturer OnePlus is launching their new smartphone OnePlus One in India soon, under their new India GM Vikas Agarwal. The company has promised that the phone will have the “best performing specs in the market” and will start shipping to customers in India soon. OnePlus has admitted to not being to ambitious in the start, since it is their first experience in the Indian market. The advantages of invite-only sales for the company are immense – they can keep a check on their inventory and keep track of their growth.

It also enables the firm to scale its employees and support staff according to the demand for the product. The smartphone was first announced in April globally and this will be the first phone of the company in India. OnePlus One will not be selling for cheap. The 64GB model will be lesser than Rs. 25,000.
