The Samsung Galaxy Tab is expected to be on sale on Verizon wireless on the 11th of November, 2010. This tablet is expected to be priced at $600 in the U.S. market, which is likely to give tough competition to Apple’s iPad. The Galaxy Tab is a direct rival to Apple because of it’s functions and features, which is said to be better than the iPad.
Samsung has eyed the American tablet market, which has been dominated by Apple, and it looks ahead to get impressive sales because of it’s fair pricing. The Galaxy Tab runs on the latest Android 2.2 FroYo operating system, and it has enhanced the look, display and the performance of this gadget.
According to experts, the Samsung’s tablet has been priced fairly, if it’s performance and features are taken into consideration. It is not as sophisticated as the iPad, if  looks are compared, but still it does catch the customer’s eye.
