In the recent Web 2.0 summit, Google CEO Eric Schmidt revealed the Google Nexus S smartphone, which has been under speculations and rumors since a long time now. He showed a Nexus S running on the T-Mobile Carrier, and also stated that the phone will have the latest NFC feature, this is something that will be replacing credit cards in the future.

According to him the phone’s launch date has not yet been announced, but the launch brand has been known by almost everyone in the tech world. He did not even mention whether the would be launched or not, but his words assured the phone is a product of the near future.

There have been tons of rumors moving around the web, in context to the Google Nexus S smartphone, and people were really eager to get their hands on Google’s latest product. The phone is said to be built along with Samsung, as they will be sharing technology and hardware for the phone.
