This deal between the two companies will also be very good for public interest. The price for T-Mobile is lesser and if one does not choose T-Mobile, the only other option left in the US market is Sprint. Â Rumours are circulating that Sprint Nextel Corp are in talks with T-Mobile.
The chairman and chief executive of AT&T Randall Stephenson said that this deal will show a major commitment for the company to strengthen the nation’s future and this will also add network capabilities and additional spectrum.
He also said that they will meet the current demands of the customer and they are also looking forward to meet the presidents goals as well, for high speed wirelessly connected America.
This deal could strengthen the service provided by AT&T. It can also be a problem, as the deal could have a possible layoff for T-Mobile employees.
