Asia Bizz: After introducing the new Optimus Black by electronic manufacturing giant LG a few months ago, the phone is now available on the online retailer website Flipkart and LetsBuy for Indian customers who wish to purchase the phone.

When the phone was unveiled at the MWC held in Barcelona, it was the slimmest phone then and had created instant fans in Asia and across the globe. But after the launch of Galaxy S2, the title of the slimmest phone was taken away, but it still holds a commanding position. The company had announced the launch of the handset in India in the month of April.
When it was announced, the price of the Optimus Black was quoted as Rs. 27,000 by the company, but now the price of the handset has been reduced and will be available at Rs. 19,990.

LG had cut the price of the new Optimus Black as the Optimus 2x which is even better than the Black was intoxicated in the market. The LG Optimus Black has NOVA display with dimensions of 480 X 800 pixels. The other features of the phone include a 2 mega pixel front-facing camera and a 5 Mega pixel rear camera with 720p HD video recording. The unique feature of the phone is the G button on the left hand side of the handset which has some interesting controls. The Optimus Black is extremely light in weight due to the plastic built.
