Asia Bizz: Visual technologies manufacturer Viewsonic, will soon be launching its smart phone V350 which will be based on Android 2.2 and will feature a new 3D interface. The company is also launching the Viewpad 4, which will have a 4.1 inch screen along with a 1Ghz Qualcomm processor as well as a Viewsonic user interface.
It was earlier announced that the company will be launching two tablets in the Indian market. But the fact is that Viewsonic is also all set to launch two new smart phones in the market.
The V350 smart phone will be packed with a 3D interface and 3.5 inch display. This will be the second dual SIM Android phone in the country. The first company to introduce a dual SIM Android phone is Spice Mobile Mi270. However, the Mi270 was a basic phone, while Viewsonic has assured V350 to be fully loaded. The smart phone is an active dual SIM phone and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. The V350 also features a HVGA capacitive touch screen phone with a 5 mega pixel auto focus camera. The smart phone supports micro SD cards which can be extended up to 32 GB.
The phone is likely to be priced at Rs17,000, while the Viewpad is likely to cost Rs. 20,000.
