Japanese based e-commerce and internet company Rakuten, launched its Malaysian Internet Shopping mall on November 5, 2012. The new mall is called Rakuten Online Shopping. At the launch, more than 11,000 goods from top local retailers were available.
Rakuten assured its customers that they will have an all-new online shopping experience, which is entertaining as well as interactive. Some of the top Malaysian retailers have been recruited by Rakuten Online Shopping, which will offer a diverse mix of products, including consumer electronics, computer and IT, fashion apparel, health care, jewellery and accessories.
Customers can explore the online shopping site and chose from more than 40 top retailers which include Caring Pharmacy, Senheng Electric, Best Denki, Toys R Us and Poh Kong. More merchants and products are being added everyday.
The Rakuten Online Shopping site is something different from the regular online shopping sites stores, which cater various segments of interest. The online shopping site also has Japan’s world famous customer service standards and innovative collaborations, with reliable partners to deliver a trusted shopping environment, which is efficient, hassle free and secure.
