Tablet manufacturer Zync has launched its new Android-based tablet known as the Quad 10.1 inch full HD display tablet on May 3, 2013. The device will be available on the official website of the company and has been priced at Rs. 14,990.
During the launch, the manufacturer said that it was targeting the high-end affordable tablet market in the country. Earlier, the company has launched three tablets, namely the Dual 7.0, Quad 9.7 and the Quad 8.0. The features of the tablet include a capacitive touch screen with ten-point multi touch, along with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels.
The Quad 10.1 inch tablet runs on Android’s 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and is powered by a quad-core 1.5 Ghz processor. Other features of the device include a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with face detection, as well as a 2 megapixel front camera for video chat. The connectivity features includes Wifi, an HDMI port and micro USB. The tablet also has 16GB internal storage capacity, which can be expanded up to 32GB with the micro SD card. The new tablet also has a rechargeable lithium-ion 8000 mAh battery.
The Co-founder of Zync, Amul Mohan Mittal, said that the Quad 10.1 tablet is packed with premium features which is being offered to the consumer at an affordable price.
