Indian phone manufacturer Micromax has started offering a new smartphone, the Canvas 2 Colours A120 on the company’s official website. However, the Indian tech giant is yet to mention the latest phone’s availability and pricing.

The new device reportedly has a better hardware when compared to the company’s original Canvas 2 and Canvas 2 Plus smartphones. One of the best features of the Canvas 2 Colours smartphone is that it has changeable back panels. The company said that it will offer red and blue back cover panels with dark grey versions of the Canvas 2 Colours, as well as green and yellow back cover panels with the white version of the Canvas 2 Colours.

The listing says that the Canvas 2 Colours features a 5-inch IPS display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Media Tek MT6582 processor with 1 GB of RAM. The company’s latest phone also has a 4 GB of internal storage and supports micro SD cards of up to 32 GB. In addition to that, the device runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Other features of the device include an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, 2-megapixel front camera, dual SIM (GSM + GSM). The connectivity features of the phone include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
