MH370 marks 100th day after mysterious disappearance, no concrete leads as yet.
Malaysian Flight MH370 mysteriously disappeared on March 8, 2014. June 15, 2014 has marked the 100th day since it disappeared probably in the Indian Ocean. The Malaysian Airlines has maintained its commitment to keep searching for the missing jetliner.
Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak and Defense Minister Hishamuddin Hussein have assured that the government will continue to look for the missing jetliner which disappeared on March 8, 2014. The acting Transport Minister Hishamuddin said in a statement that the search has become harder, butthat Malaysia will renew its efforts.
Hishamuddin added, “We cannot and will not rest until MH370 is found. We cannot and will not abandon the families of the crew and passengers of MH370.” The Malaysian Airlines in a separate statement said that it will continue to support the next kin of the 239 people onboard.
The statement added that they feel the pain of the families and also miss their colleagues onboard the MH370. The flight went missing in less than an hour after it took off from Kuala Lumpur airpot in Malaysia.
