Mobile manufacturing giant Xiaomi has announced that it is all set to launch its Redmi Note 3 for the Indian market on March 3, 2016. The company has organized an event at Talkotara Stadium in New Delhi and the event will be open for the Xiaomi enthusiasts as well.
The upcoming device is expected to be the variant that was launched in China in January, 2016. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was launched in Dark Grey and was priced at CNY 999 that is approximately Rs. 10,000. The device is expected to be launched at roughly the same price point in India. The Redmi Note 3 will have a whole metal body with a finger print scanner at the back which is similar to that of the original Redmi Note 3 with a MediaTek SoC.
The new device by Xiaomi has a hexa –core Snapdragon 650 processor while other specifications of the smartphone are similar to that of the original including a 5.5 inch Full-HD 1080 X 1920 pixels IPS display with 178 degree viewing angle. The Redmi Note 3 will be available for the buyers in two RAM and storage versions including the 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of inbuilt storage and the other one has 3 GB of RAM with 32 GB of inbuilt storage.
