Auto maker Fiat India inaugurated its first exclusive workshop in India at Dapodi in Pune in the state of Maharashtra. The new facility of Fiat has the latest equipment and latest technology like the remote sensing diagnosis along with a state of art crash repair system which is used by Fiat globally.
The workshop will also provide the services like the general repairs, body repairs, servicing, car washing and paint jobs. Last year the Fiat and Tata decided to end their joint venture distribution and the after sales service after which Fiat has set up two Cafes and an independent showroom.
This is the first and the only Fiat workshop in the country as the Italian car maker plans to operate independently in the country. Ravi Bhatia, the head of business development at the time of inauguration said, “this first exclusive and world-class FIAT workshop is our attempt to provide each of our customers with an unmatched servicing experience leading to a delightful vehicle ownership experience.”
The company said that the Millenium Drive’s new workshop is another step which has been taken by Fiat with an aim to provide their customers with an unparalleled servicing standard which reflects Fiat’s philosophy of best customer experience.
