The winner for 2013, Gayatri is a student of class 10 at Bishop’s Co-Ed School in Pune and she has been participating in the contest for four years already. In 2011, Ketharaman was very close to winning the contest, as her work was among the shortlisted entries, but in 2013 she finally succeeded and won the contest. Gayatri said, “It took me around a week to complete the doodle once I started working on it. But before that I spent several weeks thinking about the theme and how best I can represent the ideas I had in my mind about Indian women”.
