Smartphone manufacturing giant Lenovo is all set to launch its budget smartphone A7000 for the Indian market on April 7, 2015. Media invites have been sent by the company and has teased Dolby Atmos technology. Lenovo has claimed that it is the first phone to have a Dolby Atmos sound.
The new smartphone from Lenovo was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in 2015 and is a successor to Lenovo A6000. The new A7000 has a 5.5 inch HD Display with a 720 X 1280 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.5 Ghz octa core MediaTek chipset and 2 GB RAM. The device has a 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera.
The A7000 has 8 GB onboard memory which can be expanded through Micro SD slots. The device has dual SIM slots and will sport the latest version of the Android 5.0 Lollipop. The connectivity options of the phone include Wi Fi, 4G LTE, GPS/ A-GPS, micro USB and Bluetooth.
Lenovo A7000 is powered with a 2,900 mAh battery and weighs 140 grams and will be available with Onyx Black and Pearl White colors.
